We collect basic account credentials (name, email) during signup. All uploaded text attachments (PDFs, DOCX, CSV, TXT) are read in-memory server-side to extract contents and are not permanently cached or stored on our servers.
Your passwords are encrypted using state-of-the-art cryptographic hashing algorithms (`pbkdf2:sha256`) before being stored in the database. Double-layer token verification codes protect account verification from browser cookie hijackings.
When submitting messages, your context payloads are sent to secure inference models for resolution. These connection proxies do not store your personal identity metadata alongside the prompt text.
We use local session cookies to keep you logged in. Model selection preferences (like `Llama 4 Maverick 17B`) are cached locally in your browser's local storage for user experience speed optimization.
If you have any questions about your data footprint, account deletion requests, or general compliance, please contact Malladi Vishwanath Tanmai at vishwanathtanmai003@gmail.com.
